Terrible service!!!

On Monday 24/02/2013 we got our ADSL line and telephone line installed at our home. The technician did not provide me with the password and username to activate our internet. I phoned the customer service line and then the systems was down so I phoned again later and got helped really quickly the lady said she was going to sms everything to me... but I never got the sms. After spending 5 hours on the phone and about R500 worth of airtime I finally got the information just before 21h00 that evening!
I am soooooo dissapointed I decided to use telkom as my service provider as soon as my contract is expired I am getting a new service provider.
I am totally disgusted in my new service provider!
