Don't cancell expired contracts

My Dad have been trying since the beginning of last year to cancel his contract at Virgin Mobile, with numerous phone calls to their call center and lots of promises but nothing happens, every month the debit order still goes of his bank account. In Nov, I've send an e-mail and got the following response: - Kindly be advised that the account no 1090895883 has been terminated as you have requested. Please note that this email can be used as a confirmation for the termination of your contract.
In Dec and Jan once again the debit orders went of from the account.
I would really like it if they will cancel this contract immediately and reimburse my father for all the money taking from his bank account since the first request almost a year ago.
