Ripped me off

My contract finished on 6th of january and I was supposed to pay my last invoice in january. I have been paying R59 every month for 2 years without any issues. But last month I received a statement of R128. Even though there was no additional call/data charges on the statement I was forced to pay R128 as all of the sudden my monthly subscription jumped from R59 to R128. What the heck did you overcharge me for?!!!
