I am trying to cancel my Telkom landline... I was on hold waiting to speak to a consultant for 30 minutes only to be disconnected. I didn't even speak to anyone!! I called back and was on hold for a further 15 minutes until I got fed up and hung up. All I want to do is cancel my Telkom account and they make it impossible to even speak to someone. This is shocking service and a horrible experience and makes me want to cancel my account even more!!!
