Excellent Service!!

I have been having internet connection problems at work all morning and I sent an e-mail to Afrihost support department. The response was quick and Itumeleng assisted me patiently as I am not that clued up with technical issues. He even made a follow-up e-mail to check if everything was still in order.

If only all the service providers can practice the meaning of providing a service!!
