Lack of comunication

I purchased a BB 9900 with Nashua Mobile ive had this phone for 9 months and i have taken it in for repairs for the second time now they said it would take two weeks but its over weeks now and still nothing. i have to always contact them and find out what is happening with my phone and they not responding to my emails. i suggested that they give me a new phone as i have a two year contract with them and now the phone is being sent for the 2nd time in 9 mnths which according to me is just wrong. how ill it last two years? and why are they not communicating with me, they didnt even give me a temporary phone to use while they repairing the other one, i just dont understand how they operate. and the first time when i took the phone it only took a week and they didn't call that i can collect the phone i had to make means and even now still now communication.
