Bad Service and bad reception

I reported last week that I experience very bad reception at my home.(Date as well as voice) Cell C responded and said that they would get back to me the same day on the 12 08 13, as to date I have received no further contact from them at all. Looks like that is what you get, for going for the cheaper rates, is bad service.
