Horrible service w.r.t. repairs

My E6 was 13 months old when it started giving problems in Dec. I drove to Midrand and handed it in as the Centurion branch told me that it would be faster. In Jan I started phoning to hear what happened. The phoned was 'supposedly' fixed but they didn't bother to notify me.
The phone was doing exactly the same so I went back to Centurion, who took the phone and sent it back to HQ. After waiting 8 weeks AGAIN!! and numerous phone calls, I got the phone back today and when I switched it on, it was still broken!!! I have paid for 4 months of airtime and for a phone which I couldn't use, just to be told I have to send it back (3rd time) AGAIN!!! This is unacceptable!!!
