Non-stop BAD service

Alas!!! After 9 days of logging a complaint on HelloPeter against Altech Autopage, no response!!! Goes to show what they think of their long-standing loyal customers... rest assured Im looking for a copy of my agreement and I will be taking this further. Altech, after 7 years, this is what it comes down to??? Not that anyone will take this complaint seriously...
