I want my refund and a cancellation of their accou

Hi Peter
i was called by one of the consultants from mobimoola and was told about their product and i was interested and they told me that after paying the once off registration of R295 and R99 that i would be paying every month and i did that september 2013 and when i tried to apply for a loan they delayed and i kept on calling them asking when was i going to get the loan and they told me that they have to many requests i should be patient on November 14th they deducted R295 once again on my account i called them asking why am i paying for another registration fee they said they will look into it and on December 13 they did it again deducting the ragistration i called them and told them since they couldnt help me they should cancell my account and refund me and they said they are transfering me to accounts dept. and my phone hunged up and havent heard from them since then. Please Please peter i need your help
