Extremely bad Signal and Data coverage

I have terrible signal in the Secunda area. Not only in town, but in Sasol as well. I do get 2G, and in other areas where i have 2G i can still access the network and have an internet connection. Here, I have nothing. And its not only me. My colleagues are experiencing the same problem with their dongles, wifis and cellphones. This is really poor service. We all pay for this and yet we get nothing.

I Certainly would not have bought a MTN dongle if i knew this was the case.

Why is nothing being done?
