VodaCom - Arrogant, rude, ripoffs - POWER TO WHO?

Since the 10 October 2013, I have been mailing & calling the Vodacom's CEO's desk to get back my deleted data that I purchased, without any success whatsoever. Service, response & general consumer standards are appalling at best!

Vodacom, you have hidden behind your internal policies and procedures, refused to give me telephone numbers or email addresses of staff members, yet you are a public listed business! You belong to your investors and consumers and therefore are accountable to them, not your fellow colleagues or superiors.

I want my data back, period!

Let's see if this complaint gets any response from the arrogant business you have become, unlike my emails that have been met with red tape and rude & arrogant individuals!
