I ordered a NeoBrand wireless package early in Nov last year and was informed by the Cedar Square sales consultant (Petunia) that after 2 months, I would be able to upgrade my account. Without going into detail regarding the ridiculous delay and BS excuses up front in actually getting my order processed. Once it was finally done, I was and am happy with the product.

2 months now having passed, I would like to upgrade my account and so contacted Helpdesk (Lwazi Zwane) only to be given incorrect pricing information and to be told that I have to wait 3 months before upgrading. I had sent follow up communications regarding clarification of the CORRECT process and pricing. (Query reference number: FCR_300777322) but no response to date,!

NEOTEL - You have a customer here that wants to give you more money, yet your incompetent Sales and Support staff are making me consider cancelling my account and moving back to Telkom. Please rectify immediately, this is unacceptable service!
