3G Data- Problems

I have a 10 Gig 3G data contact.
Currently living in Ballito, I checked the coverage, and it was covered.
My internet is extremely slow and the device constantly searching for signal.

Initially I tried to except it, but now I find it getting worse and worse.

I am paying good money for a service that I am not receiving.
