Not receiving statements

I am nto receiving statements and every single month i ahve to phone. The last one i received was in Novmeber. I need to receive my statements and I can't udnerstand why the need to phone every month. FIX THIS PROBLEM ASAP. Do not call me on my 084 827 4703 number but rather on 079 409 5182.
