I had taken over a salon last year, the previous owner and myself went to cedar square Neotel to change the tel line to my name, they then said they were unable to do so as they could not pick up a signal to switch the account, they said i would have to open a new account in my name with a new number, now anyone that takes over a business know that replacing the current number would affect business. so i opted to rather work from my personal cell, they mentioned to the previous owner that she would have to cancel the line, suddenly a couple months later i get slapped with an outrageous bill for a line i have not made use of. i called through to complain and verify that i had not signed any documents authourising the account to be switched to my name. they then said that they would resolve the issue an appologised. i now have applied for financing for my vehicle and the neotel issue came up therefore they mentioned i have debt in my name and i was declred a bad payer, furiously i mailed a couple times to Neotel an still hve not yet recievd feedback after a week. this needs to be sorted ASAP!
