STILL NO UPDATE - WAITING FOR ADSL INSTALLATION

I logged this here on Friday 3rd Jan 2014 about my ADSL line which was ordered on 6th December 2013 but still nobody has called - nothing at all. still waiting even after escalating on hellopeter.

Its been over a month now.
im lost for words - not even a progress or update regarding the installation date.
