I have 2 phones with Virgin - one is my daughters and the other mine. I upgrades one of my 2 phones (Which was my daughters) @ Menlyn Shopping Centre In July 2013. At the time of upgrading I asked the assistant if I could have that package-transferred onto my phone (It was a bigger package) she said I could and will notify their Head office which she emailed and cc me on it. The swopping of the contracts were never done. I had been in to Menlyn to find out what is the problem is every week for 2 months. The lady there said she did not know what is going on and that I must contact Virgins Call centre. Well that was absolute hopeless. No one could help. Eventually I asked for upgrades and they said Virgin cannot do it as they there new system does not allow it. Bull!!! I know they can.
They said I must swop phones which I cannot as I have all contacts of mine for work etc and that means I must inform everyone of the change of number. NO WAY!
THE PROBLEM IS THAT MY DAUGHTER IS SITTING WITH A CONTRACT WITH R2, 000.00 ON IT PLUS MGB and I AM SITTING WITH HERS THAT IS R150.00. PLEASE HELP!!!
