MIRA014 charging to account

Dear Cell C

I came across the MIRA014 content services charge on my account. When I googled, most results led to hellopeter. I see there are a couple of complaints regarding this charge. But mine does not charge R6.15 per day, but from 1 dec till 4 dec, 29 calls @ R6.15 = R 178.35

Please help me with a solution. Firstly, I will not pay the charged amount, so don't even start directing me to the website responsible for charging this amount. Secondly, YOU are my service provider, now protect your client.

This is clearly not a unique case, as various complaints have been raised regarding this charge, to those who have picked it up. I feel sorry for those who are unaware of these charges. I recommend you sort it out before more of your clients come bashing down your door about these charges.

Another thing, the past couple of months, your client services number tried to call me, everytime I just receive a voicemail. Now at first I did try and follow up, but no one could assist me with why I was called.
