Cellc needs to catch a wake up

My gf's contract is constantly getting blocked due to fees that are appearing that cellc themselves cant explain, today they blocked her contract because she never pay a debit order fee, but she pays cash and nt debit order, are they so incompetant that they cannot see it.i think cellc should be closed down if they cannot provide good service
