Try to buy additional Data... 4 times no luck

Good Day, I'm trying to buy additional data for my cellphone, we've phoned not once, not twice but about 7 times. Every time the same answer, your call is logged, please be patient your request will be completed within 24 hours, well my firs call was 2 January 2014. Almost 72 hours later still no Data.
