I've been having high ping problems on my Telkom ADSL line for months now.. I've called tech support more than once (they cant help me), escalated the problem via the website, i even had a technician come to my house and he said it is a problem in the PE area and will be sorted out by the end of the week.(November 2013). I am still having the same problem. Every time i escalate the problem they don't call the number i have given them to call and they just ask if the line is fine.( they call my mother and she doesn't know a thing about computers so she just says yes!) Read the escalation forms and contact the correct number! I am forking out a big sum of money for a line that does not work correctly!!! This has been going on since October.
