Useless as a web hosting service provide

I don't think these guys know what they are doing when it comes to hosting. None of the software they provide works together and they refuse to assist in resolving the problem. No wonder they offer such a big discount for the 1st month - they know it is going to take at least a month for you to get the issues resolved. A free site I signed up with offers better service than these guys!!
