me again,

i had a call from Derek and Naeem earlier.
stated to them that after i was passed around so much, i went to Sandton Store on the 29th.
a guy by the name of Raees fixed my issue in 5min, he recognized it as software upgrade required.
this is from 1 of the staff members that figured the out so quickly that Neeran, the manager couldnt.
i am still waiting for the call he promised.
half your call centre and some staff members are incompetent.
therefore you are runnning half a successful business.

Derek refused to help with crediting until i asked for a manager, Naeem (the manager) said he'll look into it, 30min later i got a call back (THATS THE RESPONSE ONE EXPECTS) from Derek (who claimed nothing could be done) to say that Cellc will credit my acc with R99 for each contract (THIS OUTCOME, NOT EXPECTED AND HATED).
DUE TO THE RUN AROUND, I DID NOT USE THE MODEMS, WHY SHOULD I PAY A CENT?
THIS IS UNSATISFACTORY AND A WASTE OF ALOT OF TIME, FUEL PARKING AND UNEC STRESS.
PLEASE ONLY CONTACT ME OR RESPOND WITH A BETTER CONCLUSION COZ IM NOT HAPPY.
AS I SAID TO NAEEM, YOU CAN CREDIT ME IN MARCH EVE, THIS IS NOT A PLOY TO GAIN SOME ECTRA JANUARY CASH.
