My father are paing R60 subscribtion for airtime which he does not receive. When calling the call centre you get no assistants they tell you to have patience and supplied us with the wrong email particulars. It takes you more than 30 min just to get threw if you are lucky.

We would like to be refunded for the money that was deducted and want nothing further to do with the company.
