After struggling for 18 years every month to get our payments allocated... after being suspended. we paid the account in full. got a letter stating we are paid up... now struggling for 12 months... they still say we owe them money but we received a letter stating we are paid up... and several telephone conversations and other writings we received as well... which confirms we are paid up... we still are being sent a statement monthly saying we owe them... you are pathetic Nashua!!
