We paid our loan at Bayport in full. After struggling for a while (have emails as proof) we finally received a paid up letter. KNOW TO GET THE LISTING OF ITC/XDS/EXPERIAN!!!
With no help from the person working in their Legal Department (Kagiso Thokao). We had to phone him constantly to get assistance, if that was not bad enough we could not understand him. He was speaking in such a manner that he probably only understand himself. NO CLIENT SERVICE!!!
