I am shocked and appalled by CellC's false Giga 200 Promotion. I am using a 21Mbs CellC Speedstick and when connected, have FULL STRENGTH and HSPA as my connection status, BUT I am unable to load the most basic sites!!! In reality I am experiencing lower than edge browsing speeds... I use 8ta as well and this NEVER HAPPENS even on their 60gb 60gb Promo. It is CLEAR that Cellc is intentionally slowing down the GIGA Packages speeds and this constitutes and false advertising. I have am even using different browsers, but all the same, THROTTLED SPEED. SORT THIS OUT!!!
