The most obvious thing left out / forgotten

To whom it may concern

I recently took out a Neotel 100 contract only to discover you cannot phone a specific number to check on available airtime used, this I laughed at the company has spent millions on infrastructure but left this vital function out I am sure that many people are complaining about this issue.
