Vodacom False advertising

Vodacom sends out an e-mail to me stating that I qualify for an upgrade and can now do it from the comfort of my office or home and get my delivery the next day. The website with all the upgrade details shows an error which means that I am not able to view the available options. When contacting the call centre they informed me that they can't e-mail me the options and that the website is not functioning due to upgrades and that I should go to my nearest Vodacom outlet! FANTASTIC advertising Vodacom!!! At least I could do this out of the comfort of my home!!
