Cell C
False Promising

I apply for contract @ Cell C number porting. They informed me it will take two days to complete # porting process. It has been more than two days now and they keep on telling me to come back next day, every-time i go they tell me its still in process. I have wasted quite a lot of time and petrol going back/forth at this cell c branch with no joy. I even call the Cell C number port department I was quite disappointed when they informed that, they cant see the number in question in the porting process. I gain went back to the shop telling them what I was told by the porting department. They tell me the porting department cant see when the number is still process, that did not make sense to me. I have had enough with this type of service. I have even now decided to cancel my contract with Cell C I have heard with them for more than 10 years.
