MTN Musgrave is a disgrace

On the 3/12 I had Vaughn from MTN Musgrave (shop 117) come through to upgrade 3 company contracts and 1 personal. In this meeting he said that stock was available for 3 of these upgrades & 1 we would have to wait 2 weeks or so for.

By the 6/12 I had not heard from him and I had to call on progress. Vaughn then advised me that stock was NOT in fact available however the next week he should have.

By the 11/12 I had not heard from him despite him saying he should have the stock. So I called him AGAIN to enquire and Vaughn got very irate with me, raising his voice & displaying terrible customer service attitude. I advised him on the phone that I will be laying an official complaint against him. He matched this by raising his voice even further to me.

Surely this is not appropriate in any situation, especially where the service provider has over - promised and unable to deliver?

After this experience, I went to the Umhlanga Rocks MTN store on 11/12 at 18:00 who had stock available immediately for me, plus I was assisted by someone who was a pleasure to deal with. I collected all upgrades the next morning. What a difference.
