Magnificent service

I"m holidaying in Shelly beach and realised I needed much more data during my stay, I needed a Telkom 10 gig 10 gig and 3 x 1.2 gig packages.

After first visiting the 8ta Telkom store inside the Shelly Beach shopping mall it seemed it was going to be an uphill struggle since the word "unfortunately" was a very popular word.

I then went to the Telkom Direct store at the number 1 entrance of Shelly Beach Mall with more enthusiasm than hope. The Indian lady (whose name tag I couldn't read) assisted me to resolve my problem and spent quite some time doing so. The process was not an easy one but she was determined to get it right and did it with much more patience than I am capable of. She wanted to assist me, a quality I find sadly lacking these days.

I use Telkom for my communication needs because of their value for money and assumed their service would be just as bad as the other service providers. I was wrong, the service I received yesterday was exceptional and solved what could have been an internet restrictive holiday (perish the thought)
