Shocking Service from Cell C Shelly Beach

I went into the Branch as Shelly Beach to purchase Internet for my son, I came home with the worng data package, I immediately went into Cell C Branch closer to where I live to see if I could change to the correct data package. They sent me back to the branch at Shelly Beach as they said it was a franchise and couldnt assist. I callled head office and I got the same response. So I went back to the branch and spoke to the Manager who assisted me, he said they dont have the package that I am looking for but said I can return the un opened goods and he would cancell for me. It has now been months and I am paying monthly for something I dont have. I spoke to the Area Manager who promised to get back to me... Im still waiting. Such bad customer service to say the least!
