Telkom closing down for the long weekend!?

Of course no-one technical is available this weekend, as they are all watching TV with their families tomorrow. It seems many lines are down in the area, and they cannot even get someone to reset the port in the exchange.

Trust Telkom to make a weekend of it, before other close for the day tomorrow.

Why do we even need a landline if its down so many times?
