I received the following SMS from Flexyville at 8:28am 3 October with a link in it. I never selected the link but the SMS specified the following:

"You have received a private photo invite. Click to open [URL Removed] (FREE MSG) 31305 / output dial 0213002831"

From that SMS I somehow seem to have been subscribed to their service at R6.15 per day, something I was not aware of and for a service I didn't even know existed and certainly never used.

When I phoned Flexyville to report this their call centre told me to contact their legal department via [Email Removed] which I did but after 2 days I have still had no response.

I can't see how what Flexiba are doing with this Flexyville "service" can be anything but, to be billed like this when you aren't even aware that you have signed up for a service is a disgrace. I have reported this matter to WASPA and will continue to report this company to any other watchdog available until either they are investigated further and I have been refunded.
