You have billed my Ipad account for you adult content.

I demand a detailed account of how this was facility was subscribed to? I want all information about what passwords where used, how was I contacted to confirm this etc...

The device is an Ipad and cannot recieve any sms messages? SO how was it even remotely possible to subscribe to this service? There is no confirmation possible through Vodacom as there is no cellphone number to call or sms!!!

I demand a full refund on the money you in a manner.

I have contacted my lawyer and will proceed with legal action if you do not respond. I will also lay a case against you at the SAPS for.

I have also seen here and over the internet that this looks like a modus operandi of Cellspice to illegally bill cellular customers in South Africa.

It also looks like this is supported by Vodacom!!!
