ACCOUNT OPENED, NO FEEDBACK FROM MTN

From a ITC report provided in Sep/Oct 2012, I discovered that a MTN account was opened in my name. I contacted MTN and spoke to Mbolokazi Mgemane (22/10/2012) and sent her an email with the supporting doc's required to investigate. I then followed up a few days later with Deshnee (26/10/2012), as no response was received from Mbolokazi. I do have all the reference no's.

To date I have had no response from MTN and am told by a consultant that a manager would call back, but no response to date. This is extremely disgusting service from MTN.
It makes me wonder whether MTN does all the necessary checks when opening an account and if so, how could a open an account on my name, if all the proper checks were done.

I now have an account reflecting on my name on the credit bureau that is not mine, and believe that this MTN account is with the legal dept. Does MTN not care about the that takes place and only the money the make out of people.

I would appreciate an urgent response from a senior manager at the dept at MTN. If not, I will be taking this up further, as I have had enough of companies allowing to take place, and not give a.
