Poor service

After service: my touch screen cracked without me dropping or breaking it, sent in for repairs and my service provider quoted me on a new touch screen? i have complaint about this on sony's website, but got no joy, maybe complaining here u guys can look at it, because i did not physically damage my screen!!!
