I have had problems now with CellC since June 2013 and still I am waiting for it to be resolved. I have lots of issues pending with them and they never get back to you!
1. I was told I would get a credit within 7 days, it's now 14 days.
2. I was told last week when I requested a call recording to be listened to between an agent and myself (due to him telling me one thing and capturing another on the system) that I will be contacted the same day, I am still waiting after phoning every day following up. So now I am waiting for them to tell me who will be liable for the cost in the meanwhile I can't use my phone (smart phone) the way it's intended to be used.
3. I have requested bank details on one of my lines to be changed, I am still waiting!
I have been with CellC now for 8 years and I can honestly say before June 2013 I had no problems with them now it seems like they are making up for the 8 years lost. I have referred so many people to CellC and this is how they thank me!
I have phoned and emailed them to get my problems sorted, but once again nobody helps as they just don't care about customer service like they claim they do.
