Scamming people into contracts

Having info and misuse it is a criminal act. Where and how this get the info I don't know but they phone my elderly mother of 76 and sell her a contract in English of which she is not good at adding that her hearing on the phone is also not the best. This Sam sold a contract without even have the decency to establish if the contract still is the right one for her needs. He also just decide for her what make and type of phone she must take, maybe old stock, bad selling product or maybe he gets more commission. To try and cancel the contract you get this arrogant manager that insist that they do honest selling and my mother must cancel it herself.
