Blacklisting problems

My phone got > So to claim back from the insurance (that I've been paying for the last 4 years) it needs to be blacklisted and that ITC no. needs to be given to the police to provide me with a case no. The first phone call to MTN was on 21 January 2013 at 15:00. 10 days later (7 Phone calls) - on 31 January 2013 MTN is still not able to provide met with a ITC no. to black list this phone 'cause their system keeps rejecting the blacklisting request!! They keep cutting of your calls and just don't bother to call you back. Should this phone be used in any sort of crime, I will not be held responsible, because MTN does NOT WANT to blacklist the phone. I also have copies of the calls made and the recordings thereof. Furthermore, they are stalling the process because I want to claim back from the insurance that I've been paying to them for the last 4 years. Wonder who the actual criminals in this story is...?
