Vindictively Withholding A Cellular Numbe

I had a cellphone contract through Nashua mobile and it came to an end on the last day of November. A month before the end of this contract Nashua sent documents to confirm that I was cancelling the contract an indeed not upgrading. In the cancellation documents there was an option to retain my number or migrate to a different provider. I then took the option of retaining my number, no one from Nashua came back to me to say this was not possible as indicated by me in their forms. to my surprise on the 29/11/13 my line was discontinued without any warning whatsoever from Nashua. attempts to get help from them have drawn blanks. It is disgusting business practise to conduct themselves in such a vindictive manner by withholding my number just because I did not upgrade. to them its obvious that after two years this number means more to me that it is of use to them. It is linked to my banking, retail, medical aid, work, family and friends and having to go through the process of changing numbers is tedious. What Nashua has done is really vindictive and shows a very ugly side to their business conduct. it is just a number to them, with me written all over it.
