TELKOM IS CLSING MY BUSINESS DOWN

I am a Small business Owner and am running a call centre from home . since the 18/11/2013 my ADSL lines have been down causing me not to work. I have unable to generate and income and have made numerous calls to telkom and no-one is helping me. Its going on to the 3 rd Week and if this carrys on I will have to shut my businessd down. Telkom you are going to make me have a very Bleak Christmas ..
