Unhappy with cell c

Im continually having problems with the cell c connector that i have on contract. the contract is on my grand fathers name and he does not no anything about pc and i cant phone costumer care! losing money on data that i cant use! thinking about switching to another service provider when my contract expires in 3 months!!
