The call centre "employees" (in my opinion, Oxygen wasters) cannot answer phone calls or reply to emails.
I have been trying to cancel my account since the 1st of September 2013 with no luck.
I have spent hours on the phone to them with no answer. I have sent emails with no reply.
If you can avoid Telkom, DO IT. They are mostly very useless at everything they do.
