In September i called the Head Office 011 9123000 wanting to enquire what needs to be done regarding my deceased mother's two contracts that she currently have with Mtn, i was informed to speak to Legal, when i spoke to someone there i was informed should i cancel the contracts and on the one acc that phones needs to be returned to them, dont even know why are they going to resell it? or that i can transfer it to my name which i decided to do, i then applied at the Chilli Lane Sunninghill branch on the 01.10.13 where all documents were completed and was told they would get back to me.a Day later i was called by that branch to inform me that it has been approved but they will call me when i need to go and sign the invoice. Up to date this has not been done. What do i get via post two letters dated 22.10.13 & 01.11.13 from Mtn addressed to my mom that legal actions will be taken against her?? I mean what da dont they make any notes on their system??I also dont understand why one need to take over a contract when someone died why cant we just cancel these contracts. When u try to do things right it also doesnt help. I AM JUST VERY, VERY FRUSTRATED!!
