Cell C
Was double subscribed to the same contract

I applied for a Cell C postpaid month to month contract, which the salesman did not proceed with. After following up three weeks later, I was sent a sim card for the contract, but two contracts were activated. I have since been charged for both (only one has a sim and number). I'm just getting useless service from Cell C trying to get this resolved. The person in question is Kabelo Maponya
