Following a storm last week, my telephone cable was lying in my driveway. I reported online that my telephone and ADSL was not workining. I got an automated message that the matter was now in the hands of the relevant department but i have not received any communication from them. Surely a week is enough time to expect for one's ADSL to be back online?
