I am absolutely disgusted at the pathetic service that I received from the Nokia branch in Cape Town. Firstly on the website the branch's location is stated as Century when in actual fact they have moved to Paarden Eiland. Without knowing that they have moved, I had been trying on numerous occasions to contact the branch eventually a friend had sent me an email address for them and I had emailed them... I had asked if they had the Nokia Charging Plate: Model DT 910... I was emailed back that they had in stock and they would keep a unit aside for me. When collecting the unit, we realized that they had given the wrong unit, I was advised that they would contact the person who I was dealing with and let me know of when I can collect the correct unit. After I did not receive any response I had emailed and tried once again to phone them. No response to email and when calling them, someone answers the call and then ends it immediately. I have always had a Nokia since my very first phone and this experience has made me lose faith in the brand itself. I ask that this matter be addressed as I would love to still purchase Nokia accessories.
